Conveniently located in Stafford City Shopping Centre, My FootDr Stafford offers expert, personalised podiatry care to help our community stay active and pain-free. Our experienced podiatrists are committed to delivering innovative treatments tailored to your needs. We proudly serve Stafford and surrounding suburbs, including Everton Park, Kedron, Lutwyche, Chermside West, and Alderley.

The Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, primarily based at our Stafford location, you’ll play a vital role in shaping their experience with us. This is more than just a front-desk role—you’ll be an integral part of our clinical team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting the delivery of outstanding care.
This role will also require you to work at our Brookwater location as needed.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for all patients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from the moment they walk through our doors.
Assist customers with expert fitting and purchasing of footwear, providing tailored advice and recommendations to help them find the perfect fit.
Efficiently manage patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments to ensure a smooth clinic flow.
Uphold our stringent hygiene standards by ensuring all podiatry instruments are properly sterilised and maintained.
Provide support to our podiatrists as needed, facilitating seamless clinic operations and enhancing patient care.
Manage patient records, handle billing and payments, and perform various administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented clinic environment, including regular cleaning tasks and ensuring treatment rooms, reception areas, and common spaces are kept to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings not only experience, but enthusiasm and care:
Full Australian Working Rights
Flexibility to work across at our Brookwater location as needed
Flexibility to cover shifts during staff sick leave and annual leave for both Stafford and Brookwater
Prior experience in footwear fitting and retail sales is highly desirable.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong attention to detail with multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and committed work ethic
Ability to adapt and learn systems and platforms quickly
