About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves:

Providing exceptional reception and administrative support.

Ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients and visitors.

Scheduling appointments and handling phone and email enquiries.

Processing payments and managing health fund claims via HICAPS.

A commitment to maintaining a high standard of confidentiality.

Collaboration with our team to ensure seamless clinic operations.

About You

The successful applicant will have the following:

A flexible working schedule to meet clinic demands

Excellent customer service skills

Proficient use of Microsoft suite

High level of computer skills

Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail

Professional presentation

Team Player with a "can do" attitude

Previous experience within the Allied Health reception and patient care would be advantageous
