Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm ( no afterhours work required )

Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day operational management including administration and reporting

Co-ordination of trades & services for maintenance including sourcing quotes

Management of Move in/out processes

Management of OC procedures & breaches

Development of Maintenance Plans and adherence to program

Liaison with Committee of Management & OC

Attend Committee Meetings

Monitor Compliance issues on site and respond accordingly

Prepare Management Reports as requested

Daily Building Inspections

Minimum of 2 years' industry experience in a similar role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Car essential

Onsite training and support provided

Microsoft Office skills and previous exposure to Building Management software is expected

The successful applicant will be flexible in their thinking and have the capacity to multitask and prioritize your work schedule to meet the daily demands of the role.

The role will be subject to a Police Check.

This role has a flexible start date for the right candidate.
