My client, a global resources company, have engaged us on retainer to find an Executive Assistant in a newly created role to support the newly appointed Group CFO. In this permanent role you will be the right-hand support of the Group CFO, managing their calendar, appointments and travel. Additionally, you will have oversight as the Office Manager of the Corporate Head Office in Eagle Street. If you have at least 3 years previous experience as an EA and a desire to further develop your career this opportunity is worth considering.
What will you be doing?
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the Group CFO, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and preparation of required documentation.
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and reporting requirements, ensuring all supporting materials are prepared accurately and on time.
Provide general administrative support to extended teams as required, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
Office Operations Management
Oversee daily office operations, including restocking supplies and maintaining kitchen and communal areas.
Liaise with building management and contractors to address maintenance and facility-related issues.
Manage uniform stock levels and coordinate timely distribution to relevant teams.
Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and office-wide updates on behalf of leadership.
Plan and coordinate internal functions such as morning teas, team events, and ad hoc gatherings.
Travel Management
Coordinate domestic and international travel for Group CFO, including bookings, visas, accommodation, and itinerary planning. Will also assist CIO & CCO with travel arrangements.
Maintain records of travel preferences and ensure alignment with corporate travel policies.
EA Administrative Support
Support the CEO's EA as required in all areas of activity.
Uphold strict confidentiality of all employees and company information.
Stakeholder Engagement
Deliver responsive, professional service to internal and external stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
Foster strong working relationships through collaboration, teamwork, and mutual respect

3 years+ as an Executive Assistant
