We’re on the lookout for a Customer Implementation Manager who is passionate about delivering seamless onboarding experiences. You will lead the configuration and implementation of the foundU platform for new customers, ensuring it’s tailored to their unique operational needs.
In this role you will:
Create and maintain relationships with current and potential foundU customers.
Work closely with customers to ensure software configuration meets their specific requirements, including meeting with customers onsite throughout the implementation process, where required.
Liaise with customers via phone and email to assist with queries about the implementation and their use of foundU.
Support customers through all operational aspects of the project, including parallel pays, initial payrolls and troubleshooting where required.
Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously from scope through to go-live and post go-live.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the foundU platform.
Arrange and lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice.
Work closely with the Training team to develop training packages for new foundU customers
Distribute communications to customer’s employees for onboarding and training purposes.
Liaise with the Product team to inform them of customer feature requests.
Conduct research as required for the ongoing development of the foundU platform
Keep in-depth records of communications and track customer and implementation progress using our CRM

Our Dream Candidate:
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with a track record of providing top-notch service and support.
Experience managing multiple tasks or projects (this could be from coursework, internships, or other work experience)
Knowledge of project management principles and practices
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
A clear and professional communication style
A passion for creative problem-solving
A desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem resolution
You’ll get bonus points if you have:
experience managing multiple customer implementations or projects simultaneously
a background in labour hire, healthcare, HR (recruitment or payroll), or SaaS cloud technology
experience using HubSpot and/or Zendesk
