Position Overview

Working from our Noosaville warehouse, this is a unique long-term opportunity for a passionate Warehouse & Customer Care Supervisor to join our small and motivated team as we continue to expand.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Palm Noosa Warehouse, with primary focus on inventory & retail management, and customer care as outlined below.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

· Oversee and or/action daily fulfilment of online orders. Accurately pick, packing and ensuring all paperwork is recorded correctly and a thorough quality control check is complete on each item before orders are sent out to customers.

· Manage stock movement between the warehouse and retail stores, maintaining stock levels, replenishing stock as required and investigating.

· Roster casual employees across Noosa Retail and Warehouse Locations, in liaison with Commercial Manager and Warehouse Manager and in line with business requirements.

· Maintain communication with the retail teams via Deputy.

· Manage the unpack, count and QC process of bulk deliveries from suppliers.

· Manage Wholesale Distribution, utilising partner portals as required.

· Schedule and manage regular stocktakes and under-5 checks.

· Investigate stock discrepancies as they occur and develop resolutions.

Customer Care

· Oversee customer facing communication utilising third-party channels.

· Manage the efficient processing of all customer returns.

· Work collaboratively with Operations Manager and Warehouse & Logistics Manager to ensure that customers have a positive and consistent experience across all channels and physical stores – in line with PALM core values/ethos.

· As required, provide relevant size and fit feedback to Warehouse & Logistics Manager, Garment Technician and Operations Manager based on customer feedback.

Retail Store & Casual Staff

· Manage new season bump in and bump outs.

· Manage casual employees across Noosa Retail and Warehouse Locations, mentoring and developing staff to maximise talent and productivity, and foster teamwork.

· Carry out all Retail and Warehouse training, ensuring all new staff are trained per the PALM Customer Experience Guidebook and are kept up to date with retail policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Palm Noosa Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will ensure that the Warehouse is always a clean and safe environment, functioning as required.

This is a multifaceted role suitable to an adaptable individual. We are looking for someone who shows initiative, is self-motivated and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.

Prior experience with fulfilling E-Commerce online orders highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Pack and Ship daily e-commerce orders, in line with Warehouse KPIs.

Inventory Management: counting and receiving stock. Assisting with regular Stocktakes and stock checks.

Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Assist packing Wholesale orders, meeting packing guidelines.

Quality Control and Product Preparation: ensure deliveries received are consistent with approved samples.

Maintain safe and clean work environment, keeping shelves, inventory space and workstations neat.

Must be able to lift up to 15kgs.

Must have your own reliable transport.
