Your New Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team here in Yatala. As the leader of the Customer Service Team, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service standards and sales growth across the business. As the main point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a central role in business operations—offering the opportunity to lead with creativity, drive, and autonomy!
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives & oversee the day-to-day operations of the department
People Management: Complete HR tasks such as rostering, recruitment & performance evaluations
Customer Relationship Management: Interact with customers via phone, written communication & face-to-face
Problem Resolution: Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints and implement effective resolutions
Reporting & Analysis: Analyse customer experiences to identify opportunities for improvement
Operational Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across the business
Sales Strategies & Culture: Foster a customer centric team in a high-functioning, productive working environment which achieves KPI’s and drives business performance
About You
· Previous experience in a customer service leadership role
· Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with eCommerce systems and CRM platforms
· Excellent customer service skills and commitment to a customer centric model
· Strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, drive change and deliver results
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills - with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
· Exceptional PC & typing skills
· Must be able to work weekends on occasion
