About the Role

In this role, you will be joining a team of real estate professionals who will be able to offer support and training to help progress your career.
This is a fantastic opportunity that has become available for a Senior Property Manager within a supportive and friendly team environment in the Inner West.

Duties including:

• Manage medium-sized portfolio with administration and leasing support (no accounts)
• Develop relationships with landlords and tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Manage arrears
• Organise repairs and maintenance and liaise with tradespeople
• Oversee rent reviews and lease renewals
• Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings
• Preparation and lodgement of insurance claims
• Opportunities for regular training and professional development

Skills and experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Property Management
• Manage approx. 230 portfolio.
• Current Assistant Agent Certificate or Real Estate Licence essential
• Must have a strong knowledge of the NSW real estate legislation
• Knowledge of Property Tree and Maintenance Manager an advantage but not essential
• Valid driver’s licence and roadworthy and registered vehicle essential
• Excellent time management, great organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
• Impeccable presentation
• Honest and reliable
