The Opportunity
As their new Senior Accountant/Client Manager, you’ll be a key part of the team, contributing to a broad range of client engagements that go beyond compliance and into high-impact advisory.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing KPI frameworks and delivering monthly management reports to help clients track performance and achieve objectives.
- Providing strategic tax planning and preparing all associated compliance, including financial statements, reconciliations, income tax returns, and BAS.
- Leading client meetings with a focus on understanding their goals, analysing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the next generation of talent.

What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in a public practice environment within Australia.
- A completed accounting degree, and CA/CPA qualified (or nearing completion).
- Strong technical and compliance skills, paired with a growing interest in advisory.
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- A confident, collaborative communication style with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
What’s on Offer
This is a firm that recognises and rewards achievement. If you’re delivering results, you’ll be rewarded accordingly via regular salary and performance reviews. The starting salary range is $120,000 to $145,000 + Super, with performance-based reviews that offer real scope to grow your package over time. Additional benefits and perks will be discussed in confidence during the interview process. And don’t forget the sign on bonus!!!
