Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of 80 properties
• Conducting inspections (ingoing, outgoing, and routine)
• Coordinating maintenance & repairs
• Overseeing rent reviews & lease renewals
• Providing excellent communication with landlords & tenants

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Property Manager within Real Estate
• A valid NSW Certificate of Registration
• Strong communication & professionalism
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
