Our client is a highly regarded real estate brand with a strong reputation in the luxury market. As their Property Management division continues to grow, they are now seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to take the lead in overseeing a portfolio of high-end residences.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 180–200 luxury properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, consistently exceeding expectations.
• Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, budgeting, and financial reporting with precision and attention to detail.
• Handle all maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring each property is maintained to the highest possible standard.
• Stay up to date with property legislation to ensure full compliance across your portfolio.
• Work closely with support staff, mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices across the department.

The Person:

• Proven experience in property management
• Strong understanding of the Sydney real estate market and NSW legislation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with excellent time-management abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team.
• Real Estate License and reliable car and drivers licence
