Senior Property Manager | Double Bay

Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their accomplished & growing team! They have been servicing the local community for the last 10+ years focusing on Double Bay & the surrounding areas.
This role has come about due to substantial growth in the office & will be managing a portfolio of circa 165 properties along the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

Our client is one of the leading agencies in the Double Bay area & has established themselves over time by priding themselves on stand out customer service, market leading advertising & utilising the latest technologies.
You will join a supportive & hard working team of 15+ staff, an established brand in the market & on going training from team leaders and head office.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Management of a portfolio circa 165 properties | Eastern Suburbs
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Deal with maintenance requests for the portfolio, admin, compliance
- Other administrative duties, with admin & leasing consultants for support
- Managing both tenants & landlords (end - end management)
- Routine inspections
- Leasing support

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Real Estate Certificate to work as a Property Manager
- Property Management Experience (ideally on a similar, high end portfolio)
- Well presented and spoken skills
