Our Drilling & Trades division is growing fast, and we’ve just opened up a brand new role.

We’re looking for a Mobilisation & Compliance Coordinator who knows how to hustle, stay calm in the storm, and keep our crew site-ready and stress-free.

About the role

This gig has plenty of moving parts, and you’ll be right in the thick of it. There’s no “one task at a time” here – you’ll be juggling candidates, consultants, compliance docs and client calls (sometimes all before your second coffee).

You’ll be the glue that holds the operation together. The one who makes sure people have the right paperwork, the right PPE, and the right info to get on site, on time, without any stuff-ups.

You won’t be doing it alone. We’ve got a solid support crew and an onboarding plan that doesn’t just drop you in the deep end. But make no mistake – this role is made for someone who can swim.

A day in the life might include;

• Jumping into a morning huddle to run through the day’s mobilisation priorities
• Chasing up tickets, medicals and inductions like a dog with a bone
• Keeping JobAdder tidy, your inbox under control, and our mobilisation tracker squeaky clean
• Liaising with clients and candidates so no one’s left guessing
• Issuing contracts, recording docs, and gently reminding consultants to please update their notes
• Backing up your team with admin, onboarding, offboarding and the occasional “can you help me with this thing?”

About you

You’re part organiser, part detective, and part magician. You like systems, you like structure, and you get a weird buzz from ticking things off your To-Do list.

You’re also great with people – firm when you need to be, friendly when it counts, and always able to get your point across.

• You've mobilised teams before, ideally in mining, drilling or high-risk environments
• You know your WHS basics and why they actually matter
• You’re across things like Visa checks, FIFO registers, and what PPE actually stands for
• You’ve used platforms like JobAdder, or you’re tech-savvy enough to pick it up quick
• You’re not afraid to ask questions, take initiative or own your space
• You’re organised, detail-driven, and allergic to last-minute panic

Bonus points if you;

• Have a background in compliance, nursing, legal, or safety admin
• Enjoy banter but still meet your deadlines
• Can explain what a PCBU is without making it sound boring
• Know the difference between “mobilisation” and “mobilisation with a spreadsheet meltdown”
