Specialised Reline Services (SRS) is seeking a proactive Mobilisation Administrator to support our shutdown operations and help us Safely Deliver Quality Relines across Australia.
About the Role:
Based in our Geraldton office, this full-time role operates Monday to Friday, with some after-hours and weekend work required to meet site mobilisation requirements. In return, we offer flexibility and a supportive team environment.
Candidates must be Geraldton-based or willing to relocate.
As the Mobilisation Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our shutdown teams are fully prepared, compliant, and ready to mobilise. You’ll be responsible for coordinating personnel, managing compliance requirements, booking travel and accommodation, and maintaining accurate records. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that supports both our internal teams and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and allocate personnel for shutdown projects based on availability and job requirements
Onboard new team members and verify compliance with site and company standards
Manage inductions, certifications, and medicals using digital tools and systems
Organise travel, accommodation, and logistics for mobilisation
Maintain accurate personnel records and mobilisation documentation
Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and service providers
Support continuous improvement of mobilisation and compliance processes
What We’re Looking For:
Mandatory:
Strong desire to find ways to complete tasks in the most efficient way possible.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn HRIS and Adobe Pro tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to obtain and pass a National Police Check
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical, including Drug & Alcohol screening
Local to Geraldton or willing to relocate
Desirable:
Experience in shutdowns, mining, or mill relining
Familiarity with compliance systems and digital induction platforms
Analytical mindset and adaptability to changing project needs
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field
