About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to join our talented team in West Perth, WA. This full-time position is responsible for coordinating the onboarding and deployment of our consultants to client sites, ensuring a seamless and efficient mobilisation process.

What you'll be doing

Manage the onboarding of new consultants, including coordinating inductions, security clearances, and equipment setup

Plan and schedule consultant deployments to client sites, ensuring the right skills and resources are allocated

Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams to facilitate a smooth mobilisation process

Maintain detailed records and reporting on the mobilisation lifecycle

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the mobilisation experience

Provide support and guidance to consultants during their assignments

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar mobilisation or administration role

Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships

Proficient in the use of recruitment and project management software

A team player with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
