Halo is seeking a Recruitment and Training Coordinator

As the Recruitment and Training Coordinator at halo, you will be responsible for overseeing all internal/external training activities and end to end recruitment processes. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams training to align with organisational goals.

The Role

Duties include: End-to end recruitment, ensuring training is up to date for employees and arranging training with external providers, HR Policy reviews and updating job descriptions.

You will have knowledge of the current employment legislation (and highly desirable is some knowledge of the SCHADS Award).

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in a similar Training, HR or Recruitment role
