About the role

Senior Site Manager with residential apartment experience , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing major construction project in the Perth, WA area. This full-time position will see you leading a team of site personnel and coordinating all onsite activities to ensure the successful and efficient delivery of complex construction initiatives.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all construction activities on site, including work scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks in a timely manner

Maintain strict adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of site personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Provide expert technical guidance and advice to the project team, drawing on your extensive construction experience

Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Significant experience (8+ years) as a Senior Site Manager or in a similar construction supervisory role

Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of complex residential construction projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the project team

Strong leadership and people management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team

Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or a related field is highly desirable
