Are you a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and a passion for getting the job done right? Join our growing team as a Commercial Plumbing Site Supervisor and take charge of on-site operations for high-impact construction projects.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily plumbing activities on commercial job sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to code.

Coordinate with our clients, project managers, subcontractors, designers, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.

Manage site teams, delegate tasks, and provide on-the-job support.

Monitor materials, plant and equipment, and tools to minimize delays and maximize labour productivity.

Monitor project progress and adjust programs as needed to meet milestones.

Maintain site records and registers.

Ensure compliance with plumbing codes, safety and quality standards, and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience (5+ years) in commercial plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

Strong understanding of plumbing systems and design, code requirements, drawings and specifications.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in computer systems and software applications and strong computer literacy across a range of platforms including Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Ability to troubleshoot problems and adapt to changing project needs.

Western Australian plumbing and gas license.
