Role Opportunity
The Senior Site Administrator will be adaptable, and capable of managing a broad scope of site administrative responsibilities to support both EPCM and contractor teams effectively.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in a Site Administrator role, ideally within the mining, construction, or infrastructure sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in stakeholder engagement
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and site-based systems (e.g. INX, SAP, Aconex desirable)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate site logistics including accommodation bookings, R&R flights, and site access requests
• Accurately manage and maintain data across site systems including report generation, schedule updates, and compliance tracking
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and formal correspondence to stakeholders and contractors
• Oversee document control and records management for the site, ensuring alignment with company procedures and standards
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations and administrative compliance
• Support the broader EPCM team and contractors with high-level administrative coordination as required
