Statewide Industrial Maintenance Pty Ltd is an ISO qualified maintenance and engineering company located in Naval Base with 20+ years experience in engineering design, capital works, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of varying types of process plant & equipment.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor who can bring their previous work experience and industry knowledge to make a real difference and execute high level SMP works for a Tier 1 Client.

The successful applicant will have the following experience/qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience on brownfield/greenfield sites

Qualifications - Preference; Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter

SMP Project Experience

Brown Fields Experience

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Good interpersonal and management skills.

Willing to go above and beyond

Lead a site based team of boilermakers/riggers/fitters and coded welders.

Ability to interpret ISO drawings, and specifications.

Proficient with with the use of Navisworks or 3D Software viewer platforms

Plan and organize daily work tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources.

Ensure all work is performed in compliance with site safety regulations and company policies.

Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets the required standards.
