GT BOILERMAKING is a locally owned and operated manufacturing and mine site maintenance company based in Kalgoorlie, WA. Specialising in providing high quality products and service to the Mining, Exploration and Civil Engineering industries we are proud to have built an outstanding reputation in the industry, throughout Kalgoorlie and the greater Goldfields region.

We are seeking an experienced SITE SUPERVISOR to support our growing workforce.

As Site Supervisor you will provide leadership to our project and maintenance team across our various clients' local and remote sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project deadlines whilst promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilies:

Oversee various projects and maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Manage and coordinate on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Enforce strict safety processes and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Monitor project progress, address any delays or issues, and adapt plans as needed to keep the project on track and update management regularly on same.

Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure projects meet their requirements and expectations.

Manage site documentation, including JSA's and permits in line with our company and clients' policies and procedures.

About You:

Trade Qualified (Boilermaker) with experience in fixed plant processing maintenance and/or construction.

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the mining and/or metal fabrication industries.

Commitment to Workplace Health and Safety and sound knowledge of WA safety regulations and best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Unencumbered C class driver’s license.

Working at Heights and Confined Space Certificates .

High Risk License - EWP & Forklift (preferred).

The successful candidate will be required to undertake a full pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol testing and provide a National Police Clearance.
