About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and proactive Administrative Support Officer to join our onboarding and servicing department. This is a permanent full-time role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and values being part of a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to incoming calls and emails relating to resident onboarding and service inquiries

Coordinate job bookings between internal technicians and external subcontractors

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders including residents, management teams, and colleagues

Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy

Process new resident telecommunications connections

Update and maintain service job records using our management software

Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role, preferably within a service-focused environment

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

A positive, vibrant personality and a commitment to excellent customer service

Self-motivated, proactive, and process-driven
