The Role…

We are looking for a part time or casual medical receptionist who aligns with our core values to support our patients on a daily basis. With the support of the onsite senior employees as well as the Virtual Practice Manager you will be an integral part of ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day running of our busy practice at main reception. Being the face of our company working alongside other receptionists.

Your responsibilities will vary daily, but will include:

Meeting, greeting and registering patients

Invoicing & receipting accounts

Booking & confirming appointments

Scanning and Faxing

Supporting our General Practitioners/Nurses

Liaising with PHI, Medicare, TAC & WorkCover

The shift hours vary based on the operation requirements of the business. Business hours are 8:30am-7:30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed public holidays and Weekends.

About You…

STRONG experience in a Medical Practice/ Reception (preferred but not essential)

Experience with Best Practice Software (preferred but not essential)

Excellent Customer Service

Works well within a team

Flexibility to cover on short notice

You are reliable
