About the role
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role supports the organisation’s transformation roadmap. The Senior Business Analyst works closely with business and tech teams, driving process and systems enhancement.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead business and functional requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Conduct gap analysis and provide strategic insights
• Design and improve business processes using BPMN standards
• Support vendor evaluations and technical solution assessments
• Research market trends and communicate insights to senior stakeholders

Skills and experience

• 5–7 years in business analysis, ideally within lending or financial services
• Strong understanding of loan origination, servicing and credit products
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Lucid, SQL and PowerBI
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred
