Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a large financial system upgrade project. The aim will be to have a more scalable and flexible system.

As a senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements (breaking down Epics and Features into Stories); understanding an off-the-shelf vendor product and identifying gaps; designing business process maps; and working with build, test, and vendor teams to see the requirements through to implementation. You will bring experience in the financial services domain, and will work closely with Product Owners, build teams, the product vendor, and business / technical stakeholders to ensure expectations are met.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Technical BA experience designing interfaces, analysing non-functional requirements, iAM, observability, etc
• Data analysis, modelling, and reporting (e.g. regulatory reporting)
• Strong experience eliciting requirements in the form of user stories
• Financial services domain – capital markets experience will be highly desirable
