Why This Role?
Training Provided: If you’re new to broking or still developing, we’ll invest in your training and mentoring.
Deal Flow: You’ll have support with sales training, building referral networks and overall support in growing your portfolio.
Back-End Support: Dedicated admin support means you’ll focus on clients and building your book – not paperwork.
Flexible Commission Model: Competitive splits tailored to experience and commensurate to market. (removed actual percentages)
Commercial Lending Opportunity: With vast experience in Commercial Lending, we will mentor you in this area and open up new opportunities with your clients.
Access to Niche Lenders: Private lending, asset finance, and a broad lending panel give you more ways to deliver value.
Long-Term Growth: The business is planning to secure its own premises, creating ongoing stability and opportunity for succession.
What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who’s motivated to build relationships and chase new business
BDM-style operators or candidates with strong client-facing or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Someone with energy, drive, and a desire to build a long-term career in finance
Experience in mortgage lending is highly regarded, but not essential – we’re happy to train the right person
Culturally diverse backgrounds welcome – personality, professionalism, and drive matter most
