The team is now gearing up for their next phase: growing from four to ten brokers with a new office in the CBD, expanding into commercial and private lending, with the trajectory of listing on the ASX.

With full parabroking and admin support, you’ll spend your time on structuring deals and delivering great outcomes—not paperwork.

Say goodbye to chasing referrals. You’ll be 100% fed with high-quality leads from an established pipeline.

Ability to workshop complex deals with senior advisors and receive support from business owners directly.

Work closely with experienced brokers and directly with the founders to workshop complex scenarios and sharpen your skills.

Monthly huddles, team lunches, and milestone celebrations are just part of the rhythm here.

Real input into marketing, strategy, and broader business decisions.

Enjoy the option to work from home 1–2 days a week after probation, with access to multiple office locations (Bayswater and CBD)

About You

You’re either:

A seasoned broker with a passion for complex lending and a sharp eye for structuring sophisticated deals, OR

A rising star in home lending (banker or broker) who is hungry to level up in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

What you bring to the table:

Prior experience with residential, investment, first home buyer, and self-employed loans

A growth mindset and hunger to keep learning

High attention to detail and strong client-first values

Confidence in reading company financials and navigating trust/company structures

A genuine desire to build long-term client relationships—not just close one-off deals.

Experience in banking or top broker groups will be highly regarded.
