What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage the full client journey — from initial consultation, prospecting, to loan lodgement

Provide expert recommendations on loan structuring and complex finance solutions

Research and liaise with multiple lenders to tailor solutions aligned with client future goals and compliance requirements

Analyse and verify client financial information, ensuring correct application of lender policies and risk assessment

Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process

Consistently generate new leads through effective prospecting and lead management

Meet and exceed KPIs related to client acquisition, loan volume, and quality compliance

Ensure loan packaging and documentation meet compliance standards

Follow detailed checklists and processes for every loan application stage

What You Bring to the Team:

2+ years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker

Strong understanding of loan structuring, credit policy and compliance

A high level of professionalism, ownership and attention to detail

Confident on the phone and highly capable with prospecting

Proactive, reliable, and client-first mindset – always willing to go the extra mile

Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills

Able to thrive in a dynamic, high-performance team environment

Demonstrated alignment with our values and a strong desire to help clients reach their long term goals
