We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to support the Director and help manage a growing pipeline of high-net-worth clients. This is a rare opportunity to step into consistent volume, work alongside industry leaders, and help shape the future of a high-performing business.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and providing tailored lending solutions

Recommend suitable loan structures and products, always acting in the client’s best interests (BID compliant)

Collaborate with admin and credit support teams to ensure smooth, efficient loan processing

Liaise with lenders and other stakeholders to progress applications and resolve issues

Stay up to date with lending policy and market trends to deliver informed, strategic advice

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in lending, ideally across both banking and broking

Deep understanding of lending workflows, credit policy, and compliance

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (mandatory)

High attention to detail with a solid grasp of the loan process from start to finish

A confident communicator who thrives on building strong client relationships
