You’ll support a mortgage broker who remains the primary point of contact for a sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and clients with SMSFs and multi-entity structures.

You’ll be part of a thoughtful, well-supported operation designed to deliver outstanding service while nurturing talent from within. So you’ll only focus on credit strategy, and the operations team will do the rest.

What you’ll be doing:

Assist with structuring and analysing deals, working closely with lenders and referral partners (with guidance from the Broker)

Collaborate with other parabrokers and a client success manager to keep the pipeline flowing smoothly

Manage files across residential and investment lending, including complex self-employed scenarios

Take ownership of your development with hands-on mentoring and steady coaching within a young and vibrant team

Progress toward a mortgage broker role, if that’s your goal—with a clear, supported pathway to get there

What we’re looking for:

2-3+ years’ experience in mortgage broking (or home lending in a bank), ideally with exposure to SMSF or company/trust structures

A coachable mindset—you’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and self-motivated

Strong technical skills and analytical thinking, with confidence navigating financial documentation

Ambition to grow within the industry, whether into a broker role or as a highly skilled parabroker
