About the Position:-

We require an Administrative Assistant to join our Internal Sales and Management team.

Reporting to the General Manager and Sales Manager, duties will include:-

Telephone and Front desk customer assistance

Assisting in the maintenance and management of our file servers

Assisting the Management with Import/Export paperwork, Freight Tracking and management

Successful Candidates will have:-

Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power point)

Excellent Communication Skills

Good Presentation

Computer Skills

High degree of organisational ability

Good attention to detail
