We’re not your typical strata company – and this isn’t your average admin role.
At Horizon Strata, we do things differently. Founded in 2019, we set out to raise the bar in Owners Corporation management by delivering honest, responsive, and high-quality service. We manage some of Melbourne’s most exciting residential and mixed-use buildings, and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a detail-loving, people-smart Office Administrator to join our Docklands team. You’ll be the glue that keeps the office running – supporting our operations, finance, and management teams while delivering top-notch service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the friendly voice answering calls and emails via our main phone line and inbox
Keep track of keys, fobs and remotes (we call it the Access Device Registry)
Manage incoming/outgoing mail and owner details
Help onboard new buildings and keep data accurate
Process OC Certificates and ownership changes
Tidy, restock and keep our office humming
Jump in where needed across admin, finance, and operations
Process invoices and support the accounting team
What you’ll bring:
1+ year in an admin or office-based role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Solid Microsoft Office skills
A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn
Bonus points for strata experience – but not essential!
