As a high-performing, outbound travelling salesperson, you will know that there are three critical pillars to sustainable sales success:

In this role, you'll regularly interact with senior management and company owners who genuinely care about your success. We want you to have a true hunter mindset, always seeking new opportunities and growing while using your exceptional relationship-building skills. Building exceptional customer relationships is the foundation of sales success, and your skills will be highly valued and supported.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an outbound sales role.
Experience in Construction, Agriculture, or Equipment sales (highly regarded).
A proven track record in creating and maintaining business relationships with key large-scale customers.
Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to operate autonomously and as a high performer with no supervision (this is a remote role).
Experience in an on-the-road sales role (highly regarded).
Highly skilled relationship builder.
Strong alignment with Himac values.
What a Week in the Life of a Himac Territory Sales Rep Involves:
3 Days On the Road:
Meeting with potential new customers to generate new business.
Meeting existing customers and providing world-class account management.
2 Days Off the Road:
Refining optimal call cycles for future in-person meetings based on the Himac account management program.
Conducting outbound phone calls to generate new business opportunities.
Conducting outbound phone calls to deliver on the Himac account management program.
