Key Responsibilities

Drive NSW territory road sales across metro and regional areas

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to grow sales, volume, and profitability

Manage and grow a strong customer account base, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and training for customers

Provide regular feedback to the Head of Operations and Managing Director on market opportunities and challenges

Maintain a full and active sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets

Requirements

Minimum 7 years' experience in a territory or field sales role

Based in NSW (Sydney metro or regional) with the ability to travel extensively

Proven track record in new business development and account growth

Coatings, paint, or trade-related industry experience favoured but not essential

Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s licence
