We're seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our next growth phase.
About the Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for two customer segments:
Home Builders: Target Australia's top 20 builders, developing C-suite relationships
Building Suppliers: Convert builder wins into supplier network growth (typically 10 suppliers per builder)
This is a rare opportunity to join a scaling SaaS company with established market validation and clear expansion pathways, including international opportunities through strategic corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership (60%)
Close 2 new top-20 builders in year one
Achieve 10 new supplier subscriptions annually
Navigate complex stakeholder relationships
Leverage warm introductions through board connections
Marketing & Strategy (40%)
Develop ROI-focused case studies
Create builder and supplier acquisition campaigns
Support US market entry planning
Drive digital presence with lean resources
What You'll Bring
Essential
5+ years in building/construction industry (builder or supplier side)
Strong existing industry relationships
Commercial mindset with hunger for revenue outcomes
Ability to engage with C-suite executives
Desirable
B2B sales or business development experience
Understanding of 3D visualization or BIM technologies
SaaS or subscription model experience
