Vacationer Caravans, one of Australia’s leading off-road caravan manufacturers, is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and grow our national brand.
This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to take full ownership of marketing — from high-level brand positioning and partnerships to hands-on campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Leadership
Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy to drive brand growth and business performance.
Champion the Vacationer Caravans brand across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns — including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
Creative Direction & Campaign Development
Generate fresh, bold ideas that align with business goals and resonate with our target market.
Oversee the end-to-end development of creative campaigns — across social, digital, print, video, and retail.
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing and commercial strategy.
Digital, Social & Content Marketing
Own and optimise the brand’s digital presence — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and YouTube.
Lead content creation across social platforms, email marketing, and the company website.
Build and execute social media strategies that grow engagement and drive conversions.
Partnerships, Sponsorships & PR
Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and brand collaborations.
Represent the brand at events and expos, ensuring strong marketing presence and lead capture.
Manage media relations, press releases, influencer engagement, and PR opportunities.
Website, SEO & CRM
Oversee website content, structure, and performance in collaboration with external developers.
Ensure SEO best practices and lead generation funnels are in place and continually optimised.
Manage customer segmentation and marketing automation for both lead nurturing and retention.
Data, Budget & Reporting
Own the marketing budget and allocate spend strategically across campaigns, tools, and contractors.
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
Make data-informed decisions to continually optimise marketing impact.
Team & Contractor Oversight
Lead and manage external contractors including designers, videographers, copywriters, and media buyers.
Build and mentor a small internal marketing team as the brand continues to scale.
Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of all assets and campaigns.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform ongoing strategy.
Use insights to keep Vacationer ahead of the curve in messaging, positioning, and promotions.
Who You Are
A senior marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or lifestyle marketing.
Proven experience leading campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Strong copywriting and content strategy skills.
Highly organised with excellent project and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp/Klaviyo), Canva, and analytics tools.
Passionate about the outdoor lifestyle, travel, or caravanning (ideal but not essential).
