Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for property development? We’re looking for a Sales, Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end success of our clients projects across construction, marketing, sales, and leasing.

This is a pivotal role that blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with the Development Manager to ensure the financial viability and market success of each project, while also coordinating internal teams and external partners. Based in their brand-new, state-of-the-art office, this role offers a dynamic environment and real opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all sales, leasing, and marketing activities across multiple development projects.
• Conduct market research to provide sales and leasing comparable for feasibility studies and pricing strategies.
• Develop and manage marketing schedules and budgets aligned with project milestones.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of sales and leasing documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, consultants, and marketing partners.
• Track and report on sales and leasing performance using internal systems.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and collateral to support project launches and ongoing engagement.
• Provide timely updates to prospective purchasers and tenants.
• Attend development meetings and site visits to stay aligned with project progress and contribute to strategic planning.
• Assist with feasibility studies, planning approvals, and project funding requirements.
