About the role

Pod Slab Sales is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimising the transportation of our products to ensure timely and efficient deliveries to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Liaise with customers, to schedule and coordinate transportation of goods to site meeting customers expectations

Monitor and analyse transportation data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

Manage and optimise transportation routes and vehicle utilisation

Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and safety requirements

Monitor and manage the maintenance of the Fleet

Lead and support the drivers to execute on best customer service practice

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a transport coordination or logistics role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams

Proficient in the use of transportation management systems and data analysis tools

Knowledge of transport regulations and safety requirements in the manufacturing and logistics industry

Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
