About the role!

This is a fulltime role based from our new office in Minchinbury, western Sydney. You would be responsible to lead the marketing communications as well as drive the marketing strategy across 2 brands in The Area Safe Group (Area Safe Products & Astra Street Furniture).

The role includes the following duties:

Manage the Monthly Marketing Calendar including setting content and topic plans, setting due dates, delegating tasks. Marketing content includes: EDM’s, Videos, Web Articles, Project Case Studies, Printed Brochures & Catalogues, Social Media Posts.

Manage the SEO & Web Development strategies to ensure high website ROI (3 websites within The Area Safe Group).

Coordinate the creation of 200-page product catalogues (4 per year) and other printed brochures & flyers, including the detailed new product updates and changes, arranging printing and postage, uploading changes to website and CRM.

Coordinate the video strategy including planning & execution of video shoots and coordinating the editing and posting of videos.

Database Management including coordinating proactive & reactive Database CRM updates, downloading databases for email and mail outs, tracking database KPI’s.

Coordinate Marketing Team Task Lists – Provide direction and tasks to a team of 7 staff members who all perform different duties including: Graphic Artist, Videographer, 3D Renderer, Database Admin, Marketing Admin, Content Creator.

Attend weekly and monthly marketing meetings.

Provide monthly marketing reports, including KPI tracking.

Manage a large marketing expense budget.

Other ad-hoc marketing activities including arranging one-off marketing campaigns, arranging trade shows or event presentations, coming up with new creative marketing ideas, strategies, and campaigns.

About you!

Have prior experience in leading a marketing team and marketing strategies, especially managing & leading staff.

Have prior experience in B2B marketing.

Have good knowledge of web development & SEO.

Be prepared to work with the Area Safe Groups current marketing strategy however also presenting new, creative and fresh ideas to management.

Ability to learn and retain company information and internal processes.

Have excellent communication, organisational, multi-tasking, and time management abilities.

Ability to meet and exceed targets including KPIs.

Be flexible with a can-do, positive attitude.

Produce accurate and quality work, with a great attention to detail.

Effectively prioritise work and meet required deadlines.
