Facilities & Fleet Coordinator

Eastern Creek | $75K–$85K + Super | Full-Time Onsite

The Job This full-time, onsite role is based in Eastern Creek. You’ll manage day-to-day facilities operations, coordinate WHS requirements, and oversee a 100-vehicle fleet. You’ll be joining a bubbly and collaborative team where initiative and a willingness to learn are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contractors, vendors, and service schedules
• Onboard new visitors and contractors
• Conduct WHS walk-throughs, incident reports, and risk assessments
• Oversee fleet admin: servicing, infringements, tolls (2–3 hrs/week)
• Support internal teams with facilities-related needs

About You

• Experience in a facilities, service, or fleet role
• Tech-savvy and confident using workplace systems (Asana ideal)
• Proactive, personable, and a team player
• Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative environment
• Happy to be onsite full-time (Mon–Fri, 8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30)
