Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls, emails, and job requisitions.
• Managing jobs end-to-end across multiple system portals.
• Scheduling technicians across regional NSW.
• Updating and maintaining client files.
• Ensuring compliance and site inductions are completed.
• Liaising with major commercial clients and stakeholders.
• Communicating effectively with tradesmen and suppliers.
• Creating service reports and asset certifications.
• Providing ad hoc support as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High accuracy and speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to full-time, on-site work from 8am to 5pm daily.
• Covid-19 vaccination due to large commercial agreements.
