Sales & Events Coordinator – Premium Charter Experiences | YOT Group
Location: Main Beach, Gold Coast
Employment Type: Full-Time, 38 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, working flexibility arrangements available
YOT Group is home to Australia’s first Superyacht entertainment venue and a fleet of luxury private charter vessels. We are renowned for delivering tailored, high-end hospitality experiences for private events, corporate functions, and large-scale celebrations across our premium fleet.

We are currently seeking a professional and organised Sales & Events Coordinator to join our head office team. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen and a passion for end-to-end event delivery who thrives in a high-performing, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing inbound and outbound charter sales enquiries
• Converting leads into confirmed bookings across multiple vessels and event types
• Coordinating event logistics in collaboration with our catering, marine, operations, and styling teams
• Ensuring all event details are finalised and handed over smoothly to delivery teams
• Using Hubspot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, reporting and customer records
• Upselling add-ons and experiences to maximise guest value and revenue
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Supporting business development through networking and lead-generation initiatives
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in sales or event coordination (hospitality or tourism preferred) desirable though not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings concurrently
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Hubspot or similar ideal)
• Professional presentation and client-focused mindset
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to planning and execution
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dynamic team
