About Us

We are seeking a Conference and Event Coordinator to join our team to provide expert planning and management of conference, events, and functions across our resorts. This role will involve coordinating and overseeing events from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role
As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
l Preparing all-team schedule and collaborating with event planning and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
l Overviewing the costs for venue and equipment hire, catering and related services within the budget
l Working with the team to promote conferences and events to potential clients and achieve sales targets
l Arranging and coordinating all aspects of conferences, events, and functions, such as venue selection, speaker liaison, on-site set-up, audiovisual equipment, catering, accommodation, transport
l Providing exceptional services to clients, including managing participants registration, responding to inquiries in the venue
l Building and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and clients
l Reporting to superiors on budget, attendance, variations, etc.
l Reviewing and analysing client feedback and implementing innovative ideas to enhance future events
l Keeping up with resort industry trends, competitors, and opportunities in the conference and events field
About You
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 year of experience in the field of conference and event organization & coordination.
• Demonstrated creativity in designing engaging events and innovative strategies.
• Proficiency in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial management.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills for suppliers, vendors, and clients interaction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple events and solve any issues that arise.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality, reliability, welcoming personality, and a helpful attitude.
