About the Role

Reporting to the Owner, the Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, via phone, email, website and walk ins. Enter and track all quotation and sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely communication between internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and track sales orders and quotations with speed and accuracy

Maintain and update CRM systems and customer databases

Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting

Coordinate with logistics and production to track order progress

Handle customer enquiries, provide product information and follow up on leads

Support the sales team with tender submissions and documentation

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a sales support or coordinator role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Highly developed customer service and sales skills

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
