About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated Group Sales & Experience Coordinator to drive group bookings (25+ guests) and personally manage the client experience from enquiry through to event day.

This is a proactive sales and event hosting role, focused on generating new business and building long-term relationships. You’ll be engaging with schools, sporting clubs, corporates, and community groups — not sitting in a call centre, and not competing with inbound web leaders. This role is about developing new relationships and reengage with existing clientele.

You’ll own the full customer journey — from planning an event, hosting it on-site, and following up to secure the next one.

Key Responsibilities

· Proactively generate and convert leads for group bookings (25+ people)

· Tailor event packages to suit schools, corporates, clubs, and community groups

· Personally host and manage events onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly

· Liaise with ops and customer service teams to make sure what’s promised gets delivered

· Build client relationships that turn one-off events into repeat business

· $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commission

You’ll Bring

· At least 2 years’ experience in sales, events, or hospitality

· Confidence in engaging with clients and running onsite events

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Professional presentation and communication

· Flexibility to work the occasional evening or weekend when events are running

· A results-driven mindset and the desire to build something
