We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Coordinator who takes pride in their work to join our team in Mackay, Queensland.
Key Duties will include:
• Selling of parts
• Stores and parts inventory management
• Research potential vendors
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal
databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery
information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• After-hours call out
• Back-up Admin support
• Provide support to customers (i.e. warranty and parts
interpretation)
• Manage all customer consignment stock
About you
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the mining or equipment hire environment
Ability to use Microsoft, PP, Excel, Word.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks, sales and priorities to ensure deadlines are met
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent people skills
