About The Opportunity

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a reputable Financial Services organisation to look for a Level 1-2 Helpdesk Support to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role involves answering incoming support calls and helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting user issues, and working alongside another team member. Escalation of more complex issues to senior IT staff will be required as necessary

What You Will Do:

• Respond to and resolve incoming helpdesk calls and tickets.
• Provide Level 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Work collaboratively with an existing Level 1–2 technician.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support levels.
• Maintain clear documentation of support activities and resolutions.

What You Will Bring:

• Qualifications in IT
• Previous experience in a Level 1–2 IT support role.
• Previous experiences in Financial Services industry will be highly regarded
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small support team.
• Familiarity with common IT systems and support tools.
