ABOUT THE ROLE
At National 360, we're all about people—our clients, our team, and the communities we serve. We’re on the lookout for a warm, proactive, and people-loving individual to be the friendly first point of contact for our allied health services in Brisbane.
This isn’t just a front desk job—it’s a chance to genuinely connect with individuals navigating injury, disability, or rehabilitation, and help them get the support they need. You'll be working in-office, side-by-side with a supportive team and energetic Client Support Supervisor, in a role that’s equal parts meaningful and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the friendly voice on the phone and inbox—handling enquiries, referrals, and bookings
- Support our clinicians and team leaders with scheduling and day-to-day admin
- Keep the wheels turning in the office with seamless coordination
- Build strong relationships with clients and teammates alike
Bring your personality, communication skills, and a love of helping others—and we’ll provide the rest!
ABOUT YOU
- A working knowledge of the NDIS sector
- 2+ years of experience in an administration role
- Call centre or hotline support experience (highly regarded)
- Sound MS Office, data entry skills and booking platforms (Word & Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- Quick thinking and confidence managing high-volume enquiries
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
