Nutri-Tech Solutions (NTS), World leaders in sustainable agriculture, require a full-time, Customer Service / Agronomy technical support person for our head office in Yandina in SEQ.

The ideal candidate would have some understanding of regenerative agriculture/horticulture, so they could offer informed assistance, as a first point of contact for NTS.

NTS effectively involves five enterprises in one, and there are comprehensive product ranges associated with each of these. These include a large range of organic and regenerative inputs for agriculture, a home garden range, education and the Nutrition Farms range of value-added products, derived from our demonstration farms.

An exceptional phone manner is essential. The ideal candidate will have computer and typing skills, a willingness to learn, multi-tasking skills and they will be well spoken and presented. This is a busy role, where each day is varied.

Professional and friendly telephone skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers.

• People skills when managing new and existing customers and assisting them with advice or products

• The capacity to retain and reclaim information relative to our diverse product offerings.

• Maintaining a pro-active contact with NTS customers.

• Maintenance of a comprehensive customer database.

• Prospecting for, providing quotes (sales/freight) and processing of sales orders.

• Sales support in the NTS Shop is essential.

• Liaising with transport companies and working closely with our warehouse team.

• Intermediate level of computer skills (Microsoft Office – Gmail, Word, Excel, MYOB).

• Excellent time management and organisation skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral form

The working hours are 8 am to 4 pm and there is a need for an immediate start. This position would be best suited to someone already residing on the Sunshine Coast.
