The Role
As the Trust Accountant, you'll take ownership of the trust accounting function across a well-managed portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily trust accounting functions
• Process receipts, payments, disbursements, and bonds
• Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly owner statements
• Assist with arrears, lease renewals, and outgoings
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and maintain clean records
• Communicate professionally with tenants, landlords, and suppliers
